OUR RESERVATION PROCESS is really very simple and straightforward.  To contact us, click on the “Send an Email to us"” link above.  This will open your email software.  Please tell us what dates you are thinking about, the size of your family or group, and and questions you may have that are not answered by our web site.  To check our Rental Prices, click on this "prices link" or click on the "Prices" link above.  There is a calculator built into this web page for your convenience.  When the condo is available and we are within 30 days of the date of your expected arrival, ask us for a price quote.  We do our best to respond to all emails within 8 hours. We much prefer email over phone calls but if you are desperate to talk to someone, call us at 970-726-4603 and leave a message.  Please do check our calendar first  to see what dates are still open.  Once you e-mail us or call us and ask for a reservation, we will take it from there.  We handle most ALL reservations via email - if you don’t have email, we will use first class mail.
THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT--In order to confirm you reservation, you need to send us a personal check for one nights lodging within 7 calendar days of the date on our reservation email.  If we do not receive this payment promptly, your reservation will be canceled.  We don’t take credit cards like Visa and Mastercard due to the problems associated with credit card fraud. THE FINAL PAYMENT -- We must receive the balance of the total rental amount (less the deposit amount) no later than 45 days prior to the date of your arrival. 
CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENTS RECEIVED--We confirm receipt of all payments via e-mail - we prefer to use e-mail where possible since it speeds notification and reduces our overhead costs. We will use first class mail if you do not have access to email services.
RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR ARRIVAL--We often receive “last minute” reservations that are within the 45 day period where full payment must be received.  When this occurs, we ask that you send the full rental amount in the initial check.
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS BY THE ONSITE MANAGEMENT COMPANY -- As soon as we receive your deposit and/or full payment check, we enter your information into Beaver Village reservation system.   We receive a 5 digit confirmation number that we share with you.  When you arrive, the professional front desk staff will check you in and provide you with the keys to the condominium.   The front desk staff can also help you with any needs during your stay such as advice on restaurants and things to do.  REFUND POLICY - We cannot refund reservation and rental payments unless the property can be re-rented for the same period of time.  If it is re-rented, we will refund your deposit amount less $75 for our time and effort in handling your reservation.  Cancellations received within 45 days of the date of occupancy are subject to full forfeiture unless the condo can be rerented.  Refunds will be limited to the amount of rental received for the same period of time subject to the same $75 handling fee noted above.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS - If we are very close to the date of your arrival, we may ask you to use PayPal to transfer the money to us electronically.  If you do not have a PayPal account, it is easy to get one and with PayPal, you have the option of using your credit card.  PayPal charges us at least 3% to move money electronically.  Where we agree to move money via PayPal, we will split this charge with you.
