Our rental prices are based on those available through the commercial rental management companies and are generally referred
to as the "retail rate". We discount our rates from 25-35% off of these rates to get your business. We use a rental
management company to professionally clean the unit, provide linens / towels, handle any repairs and support your information
needs like restaurant suggestions.
