Hi - We are the Erwin's - John and Debbie and we own Unit 1612 Beaver Village Condominium in Winter Park.  We retired in 2001 and moved from our former home in Maryland to our new home near Tabernash, Colorado - about six miles north of the Winter Park ski area.   For those of you that use email, our web page will automatically use our email address (jerwin@rkymtnhi.com ) 

So how does a family that lived in Maryland for many years come to own three condo's in Winter Park?   John learned to ski after losing his right leg in an accident.  Winter Park is home to the internationally famous National Sports Center for the Disabled.  After we bought the first condo, we started coming to Winter Park very regularly and we fell in love with the area and the people.  Our new home was built on some 25 acres of land about six miles from the Winter Park Ski Area.
