* The Cleaning Service Fee that is charged by the onsite management company is for linens, towels, towel service at the swimming pool / hot tubs and for cleaning the condominium after you depart.  This fee also covers all guest services such as recommendations on places to eat, directions, activities help, etc. The rates do not include the 8.9%  tax.

How Do We Arrive at our Rates?

We take the prevailing rates charged by the commerical property management companies in Winter Park and figure in a discount of anywhere from 20 to 30 percent.  The actual discount varies by time of year and the level of demand.  Our discounts are smaller during high demand periods as we have no problem being sold out in these periods.  The greatest demand is always during the holidays, holiday weekends and during the months of Feb and March.
