Directions to the Erwin's House in Sunset Ridge Estates:

1. Take Interestate 70 west from Denver.

2. Take Exit 232 - US Route 40 to Winter Park

3. Pass through Winter Park and Fraser - two miles past Fraser, watch for the sign for Country Road 83 on your RIGHT - take a right turn at this point.  If you pass over the railroad and enter Tabernash, you missed the turn.

4. County Road 83 passes over the Fraser River and forks.  Take the right folk (which is still county road 83).

5. Watch for the SUNSET RIDGE community sign on your right (about 1 mile)

6. Take a right at the SUNSET RIDGE sign on County Road 8300

7.  Stay on County Road 8300 for 6/10ths of a mile - the house is the first PAVED driveway on your left and is marked by a sign on the edge of the driveway - our address is 560 County Road 8300.
