Our Reservation and Inquiry process are easy to use - Just click on the "Send an Inquiry" link on your left  and fill out as much or as little of the form as you want - when you hit the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form, we will get an email message from you.  You do have to give us an email address in order for the form to work.

You can also call us on the phone (800-445-9632)  If you do call and we are not home, please leave your name, your phone number, and any dates you are interested in.  Feel free to check our calendar to see what dates are still open.  Once you e-mail us or call us for a reservation, we will take it from there.   We handle most reservations via email - if you don't have email, we will use first class mail.

THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT--In order to confirm you reservation, you need to send us a personal check for one nights lodging within 7 calendar days of the date on our reservation letter.  If we do not receive this payment promptly, your reservation will be canceled.  We don't take credit cards like Visa and Mastercard due to the problems associated with credit card fraud.

THE FINAL PAYMENT -- We must receive the balance of the total rental amount (less the deposit amount) no later than 45 days prior to the date of your arrival. 

CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENTS RECEIVED--We confirm receipt of all payments via e-mail - we prefer to use e-mail where possible since it speeds notification and reduces our overhead costs. We will use first class mail if you do not have access to email services.

RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR ARRIVAL--We often receive "last minute" reservations that are within the 45 day period where full payment must be received.  When this occurs, we ask that you send the full rental amount in the initial check.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS BY THE ONSITE MANAGEMENT COMPANY -- As soon as we receive your deposit and/or full payment check, we provide your reservation to our front desk staff.  They enter YOUR reservation information into their computerized reservation system and issue a 5 digit confirmation number.  You will receive a copy of their confirmation by separate mail or email.  This is your signal that your reservation is entered and your arrival is expected.  When you arrive, the professional front desk staff will check you in and provide you with the keys to the condominium.   The front desk staff can also help you with any needs during your stay such as advice on restaurants and things to do. 

REFUND POLICY - We cannot refund reservation and rental payments unless the property can be re-rented for the same period of time.  If it is re-rented, we will refund your deposit amount less $75 for our time and effort in handling your reservation. 

Cancellations received within 45 days of the date of occupancy are subject to full forfeiture unless the condo can be rerented.  Refunds will be limited to the amount of rental received for the same period of time subject to the same $75 handling fee noted above.
