The condos are about 1000 square feet and sleep up to six individuals.   Sleeping Arrangements are as follows:

  • Master Bedroom.....KING Size Bed - sleeps two
  • SecondBedroom...OneTwin Beds and one Twin/Double Bunk Bed - sleeps up to four
  • Living room......Queen Size Hide-a-Bed - sleeps two
  • Like a 3 bedroom condo, our condo sleeps up to eight

  • Easy access to numerous restaurants in downtown Winter Park
  • Brand New Carpet and solarium vinyl floors installed during the 2005 Ski Season
